I have been able to connect it to my WI-Fi network but I can’t seem to connect to the Infinity server. The touch screen shows a wi-fi icon with a hazard symbol. If you have a newer touch thermostat, in my case, circa 2017 SYSTXCCITC01-B (which retails for close to $1000, though can find cheaper on eBay like I did), you CAN NOT get this working with Home Assistant at this time. Old Post, but here is an update - Carrier has release a new firmware 4.23, and they have updated the Home app (at least in Android) and this seems to have resolved the connectivity issue.
