I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. Until you add an effect, there's nothing to display there. Left top of the interface is where you'll find the Effects tab, from which you can browse effects and transitions. This popup shows up every time I open Davinci Resolve. When I click "Update Configuration", there is nothing below the GPU Processing Mode drop-down. In the box below "GPU Selection", my GPU is there, but it's grayed out. I ran a Windows Update and it says I am up-to-date. I went to Device Manager and attempted to update the display adapter..
