I have an Antec ISK110 case with an ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac, and a Ryzen 5700G, cooled by a Thermalright AXP90/r with Noctua 14mm slim fan on it. My idle temps are higher than I anticipated. I keep the house at 74F, which is about 23C. My 5800x3d will 'throttle' at 90c, but as soon as im done running whatever benchmark, temps immediately hit 40 and back to 35c. On an nh-d15. The temperature you see in ryzen master really is more of a hotspot temp than it is actual die temp. In games I never break 60c, only in a benchmark or stress test does it actually hit or get close to max ... Room temperature was 22 degrees celsius. All 3 case fans were running. There were two dry runs before this one. MAX temps of those runs can be seen @ the start...Ryzen 7 3700x. Your processor shouldn't reach 90c with your AIO Liquid CPU Cooler. Something is making your processor run at almost to the point overheating. First is the cache size, halved from 32MB in the Ryzen 7 5800X to 16MB in the Ryzen 7 5700G. Second is a reduced boost clock, down from 4.7GHz in the Ryzen 5800X to 4.6GHz in the 5700G. Overall ...I have a 5800X with PBO enabled (5GHz boost) and a NH-D14 cooler with 2x NF-A12X25 fans instead of the stock fans. My idle temps are 35-40°C and gaming temps are 50-65°C (depending on the game). While 80°C should be fine, it's probably affecting your boost frequencies and thus is probably impacting performance. .
